Some useful information
Although parting makes us sad, there’s no hard feelings. We’ll make leaving simple.
Switching to a new provider?
In most cases, you don’t need to let us know. Just set everything up with your new provider and they’ll tell us when to switch off your Plusnet service.
Your Plusnet broadband account details
When you switch, your new provider might ask you to supply your Plusnet account details. This helps them to match your service and speed things up.
You’ll find your details on any bills, letters or emails we’ve sent you,
or give us a call and we’ll help you find the info you need.
Just a note...
It’s always best to have a chat to us to make sure you know what you’ll be losing if you leave us.
Depending when your contract ends, you might need to pay a charge to leave early. To check your contract log into My Account or call us on 0330 1239 123
For more details see our Cancellation Policy.
We’ll only close once your account once your new service has been set up.
Just a gentle reminder, if you signed up after 1 Feb 2024 and you don’t return our router, you’ll be charged a £50 fee. See how to return our router for free.
Here’s how to find your details in My Account
- Login to My Account
- Select Manage Account
You’ll need your account number and name and address details. If you’re asked to provide a service identifier you can use your landline number or BBEU number.
