You'll find both of them either on a sticker on the bottom or back of your router or on a pull-out tab at the back.
If you're connecting to the Internet using one of our routers, the SSID will look something like this: PlusnetWirelessABC123 or PLUSNET-Z258.
Your wireless password is made up of ten numbers and letters.
- Click the network icon on the taskbar at the bottom of your screen
- You'll be shown a list of networks. Find your router's wireless name (SSID), select it and then click Connect
- If you always want your device to connect to your router whenever it's in range, just tick Connect automatically
- Type in your network security key (this is the password we mentioned earlier). Then click Next
- Remember, your password is case sensitive. If you're having problems, just double check what you’ve typed in
- That’s it. You’ll then be connected and you’re good to go.
Follow these steps if you want to connect to other WiFi networks. You’ll just need to select the network you want to connect to, and if needed, put in their password to join it.
